The Gothic Challenge and Read-a-Longs 2015

So, it looks like it is time to start thinking about reading challenges for next year. I totally slack off on this every year but seriously, this year is going to be different. I can't promise that I will complete all of the ones I sign up for, but I certainly plan on doing my best!

For this one I am going to participate in the Read-a-Longs as I have quite a few of the books and haven't read them, and I am also going to shoot for 5 books in this genre. It shouldn't be too hard as this is a genre I really enjoy.

I am going to think on the additional 5 books that I am going to choose, but here is a list of the Read-a-Long books and their months. To find out more, click here

January: Castle Otranto, Walpole, 1764 (where it all began)
February: ‘The Old Nurse’s Story’, Elizabeth Gaskell (short story can be found here)
March: Rebecca, Daphne du |Maurier
April: Anna Dressed in Blood, Kendare Blake (POC writer/YA)
May: A Street Car Named Desire, Tennesse Williams (Play/Southern Gothic)

  1. Thanks for participating, I'm going to figure out how to make a button as I have no idea at the moment but will get to it sometime in the next week when I have some time (and patience).
